Domestic Payment Terms
All domestic orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars, payable to American
Innovations, Inc. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s or Personal Checks. Your payment
options include Cashier's Check, Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer, Credit
Card or Cash. We do not recommended sending cash through the mail.
International Payment Terms
All International Orders must be prepaid in US dollars.
International payment options include; Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union
Money Transfer, or a Certified Bank check drawn from a US bank in US dollars.
Sorry, no Credit Cards accepted on International orders.
Sales Tax
Any order shipped within the state of New York is subject to
sales tax unless purchased for resale or as a tax-exempt transaction.
American Innovations, Inc. must have on file a valid New York State
resale or tax-exempt certificate to qualify for an exemption.
Credit Card Orders
All Credit Card orders must ship to cardholder's billing address
& require a signature upon delivery. All billing information will
be verified with cardholder's issuing bank. Credit card transactions
will appear on your credit card statement as a transaction from American
Innovations, Inc.
International Orders
Please Fax, Call or E-mail your order to obtain your total cost
including shipping, handling, and insurance. You will be provided a reference
number, and payment instructions within 48 Hours after receipt of order.
American Innovations, Inc. is not responsible for any custom's duties,
import restrictions, and/or tariffs associated with your order.
The buyer is responsible to check the laws that deal with importing whatever
products are being purchased.
Delivery Turnaround
All orders are processed within 48 Hours. In stock items
generally ship within 48 hours after an order has been processed. In the
event an item is out of stock you will be notified within 48 Hours to
a scheduled ship date. Domestic shipments are generally delivered in 3
to 7 business days after receipt of payment. International shipments are
generally delivered in 7 to 14 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping
All shipments are made from Spring Valley, NY. We ship with Airborne
and USPS. Shipments made to destinations within the USA are generally
shipped via Airborne. American Innovations, Inc. is not responsible
for lost or damaged items once shipped. All items are insured
for the full value of purchase. Our base shipping & handling rate
is $9.95 for most orders under $100.00. For orders over
$100 freight charges will be calculated accordingly. Expedited
Shipping options are available for an additional charge.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products some items may be used once
and no longer needed, therefore all sales are final. Any merchandise
accepted for return must be in its original packaging, accompanied by
an original sales receipt, and must be received by American Innovations,
Inc within 7 business days. Defective Returns are for replacement
or merchandise credit only. All returns are subject to a restocking
charge of 25% of the original invoice. Shipping Charges are not
refundable.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of
American Innovations, Inc. It is the buyer's responsibility to return
any defective merchandise to be repaired or replaced. We strongly
recommend insuring your shipment for the full value of purchase.
AI, Inc. is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged
in transit. Repaired or replaced merchandise will generally be returned
via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping methods are available, however
the buyer will be responsible for paying for the extra shipping charges.
The buyer must first obtain a (RA#) prior to returning any defective
merchandise.
Cancellation Policy
All items ordered online will be processed within 48 hours after
receipt. Orders cancelled after they are processed will be subject
to a 10% service charge. A 25% restocking fee will be imposed on
any order cancelled after it has been processed and shipped. Custom
designed merchandise, and special ordered items are not subject to
cancellation.
Miscellaneous
By placing order, buyer states that he/she is of age and is purchasing
item(s) that are in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws. Buyer
also states that he/she are using the items in a lawful manner. American
Innovations, Inc. assumes no liability associated with product usage.
The Buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of
any kind arising out of the use or misuse of these products. Certain items
may be substituted at the discretion of American Innovations, Inc. Please
specify in the comments section if you don't want any substitutions.
By placing an order, the Buyer signifies agreement to these Terms &
